Q. How can I make a booking for Love Inn Boutique Hotel?
A. Bookings can be made by walk-in, online at www.loveinnhotel.com or by phone at our general line +603 7972 3161

Q. Should I print out my booking reservation?
A. It is advisable to print out your booking reservation for reference and easy check-in at the Hotel. If you did not print out of your reservation, please confirm yours booking details at the Reception and provide your identification/ passport upon check-in.

Q. Should I make my booking reservation early?
A. It is advisable to make your booking reservation as early as possible as we only have a very limited number of rooms and most of the time we are fully booked especially during peak seasons.

Q. How do I view/modify or cancel my reservation?

Q. What is your check-in and check-out time?
A. Our check-in time is 1400hrs and check-out time is 1200hrs

Q. What is your cancellations or deposit policy?
A. We require a credit card at the time of booking. You must cancel outside of 72 hours prior to arrival (3pm local hotel time) to avoid a one night’s room charge and tax. Please take note for the special rate, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change.

Q. What type of credit card do you accept?
A. We accepted Visa and MasterCard

Q. What do age kids stay for free?
A. Free! All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Q. Are the room rates quoted for per room or per person?
A. All room rates quoted are based on per room per night basis

Q. Are the room rates included breakfast?
A. All room rates quoted are without breakfast.

Q. Can I request for late check out?
A. Yes, but it’s subject to room availability. You can request for late check out at our reception. Late check-out after 12noon will be charged at maximum of RM20 to RM30nett per hour depends on room type. After 5pm, full rate will applied.

QQ. Do you have luggage storage?
A. Yes.

Q. Does your hotel offer currency exchange?
A. Yes, but you can easily find International currency exchange nearby to the hotel.

Q. Does the hotel have connecting room?
A. No

Q. Does the hotel have extra bed?
A. The extra bed is not available at hotel

Q. Does the guestroom have private bathroom?
A. Yes, all guestrooms are equipped with private bathroom with hot shower.

Q. Do you have accessible rooms?
A. No

bQ. Will there be an iron and ironing board in my room?
A. No, but they will be available upon request

Q. Do you have onsite parking? How much is the parking fee? Is it included in my room rate?
A. Yes, hotel does provide free parking but very limited parking. Others parking is located at the basement with charges (First 2 hours – Free, next subsequent hours is RM1 per hour)

Q. How far is your hotel to the bus station or Train station?
A. It is about 4 kilometers and 8 minutes driving from/to Bukit Jalil LRT Station.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Pets are strictly not allowed.
